SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Handicraft sometimes takes its time, so we allow ourselves a production time of 5-7 working days.

A delivery within Germany with our shipping partner DHL usually takes 1-3 working days.

For all standard shipments with DHL within Germany we charge €4.50. For a value over €900, we charge €11.50. The shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping cart and in the order overview. Depending on the order value and destination, these costs may vary. All additional costs such as taxes, customs duties, etc. are borne by the customer.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with our products. If this should not be the case, you have the option of returning the package to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please make sure that the returned items are in perfect condition. Individual products are excluded from exchange.

Please send your return to the address below. You are welcome to use the package we use for the return.

The return costs will be borne by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the item with a tracking number so that you have proof of the shipment, as the buyer is responsible for the return. Please be sure to keep your proof of posting until you receive confirmation from us that we have received your return. This receipt will prove the return date and the receipt number of your return.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be credited to you within a few days. You will receive the amount the same way you paid for your purchase, usually within 5 working days.

VERSANDKOSTEN UND LIEFERZEITEN

Handarbeit braucht manchmal seine Zeit, so erlauben wir uns eine Produktionszeit von 5-7 Werktagen.
Eine Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands mit unserem Versandpartner DHL dauert in der Regel 1–3 Werktage.

Für alle Standard-Sendungen mit DHL innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir 4,50 €. Bei einem Wert über 900 Euro berechnen wir 11,50 €. Die Versandkosten werden im Warenkorb und in der Bestellübersicht deutlich ausgewiesen. Abhängig von Bestellwert und Bestimmungsort können diese Kosten variieren. Alle anfallenden Zusatzkosten wie Steuer, Zölle etc. trägt der Kunde.

RETOUREN

Wir möchten, dass Du mit unseren Produkten glücklich bist. Sollte das einmal nicht der Fall sein, hast Du innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware die Möglichkeit das Paket an uns zurückzuschicken. Bitte achte darauf, dass sich die zurückgegebenen Artikel in einwandfreiem Zustand befinden. Individuelle Produkte sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.

Bitte sende Deine Retoure an die nachstehende Adresse. Für die Rücksendung kannst Du gerne das von uns verwendete Paket nutzen.
Die Rücksendekosten werden vom Käufer getragen.

Wir empfehlen den Rückversand mit Trackingnummer, um einen Nachweis für die Sendung zu haben, da der Käufer für die Rücksendung verantwortlich ist. Bewahren Sie bitte unbedingt den Einlieferungsbeleg auf, bis Sie von uns eine Bestätigung über den Eingang Ihrer Retoure erhalten. Dieser Nachweis belegt das Rücksendedatum sowie die Quittungsnummer Ihrer Rücksendung.
Nach Bewilligung der Rückgabe erhalten Sie eine Email mit der Bestätigung, dass Ihnen der Betrag in wenigen Tagen gutgeschrieben wird. Sie erhalten den Betrag auf dieselbe Weise, wie Sie Ihren Einkauf bezahlt haben, in der Regel innerhalb von 5 Werktagen.
